Africa Consulting Group’s mission is to provide leadership skills to executive by preparing professionals, individuals, organizations and corporations, to have the courage to create the leadership needed to tackle this complex business life, companies, non-for profit or profit businesses development and partner with investors to or possible investments in projects. 

​Since our incorporation in 2015, Africa Consulting Group work in assisting Executives with incorporation; become a charitable organization; how she or he can best capitalize on new opportunities;  Developing an executive’s leadership abilities; Teaching an executive how to get the best performance out of his or her team; Giving an executive insight on how to build a great board members and team; Assisting executives in fundraising ; Helping an executive work through pressing professional or organizational issues; Keeping the executive’s abilities to lead and compete current and relevant markets;  Empowering executives to set the company’s strategic plan; Develop a global plan and partner with investors in all sectors including health, environment, energy and infrastructure; Demonstrating ways executives can show value and return on investment;  Helping executives  to focus on organizational priorities

All of our consulting work includes assessments that help guide business work plan development.

After my own journey of being the executive director and founder of African hope committee with over 15 years working in the public health field, I created Africa Consulting Group with a Group of professional in business and global sectors,  which gives anyone who consult with the company a great vision, skills and tools to succeed with its work.  Clients will gain a strategy for change, a proactive approach to tackle challenges facing when moving forward.
